18 – THOSE Two Dads with S. Anthony Thomas | These ain’t your 90’s sitcom fathers

This week the phenomenally funny S. Anthony Thomas of the “S. Anthony Says…” Podcast joins me on the podcast for one of our darkest sketches in a while!

It sounds like the start of a really bad joke. “Two guys walk into a bar”… yadda, yadda, yadda… but instead of some racist or religious joke all you hear are the depressing sounds of two people talking about their lives. Sad, really… I’m completely confused, isn’t this supposed to be a comedy show? Oh, wait, it totally is! But sometimes you just have to shake your head and laugh at how horrible people are.

If you want to hear how we came up with this sketch:

The incredibly funny S. Anthony Thomas of the “S. Anthony Says…” Podcast joins Stuart in coming up with this week’s sketch!

Here’s the deal, bigger ain’t better… when it comes to electronic devices. Some of them. Whatever. The two discuss how silly and amazing #Periscope is. Stuart gushes about how he really loves S. Anthony’s podcast and highly suggests his episode “You Don’t Taste Good Anymore” (http://bit.ly/2cfVhqz). Listeners of our podcasts never seem to like the things we want to make. Stuart and S. bond about being over 40 and talk about how old things really do not hold up. Also, ice cream trucks… sooooo many ice cream trucks! Old video games are also really bad now. Stuart wants to talk about politics or animals, no one is really sure, but S. let’s everyone know what animal his show is. The two swap zoo stories that involve horrible little girls getting their just desserts. They curmudgeonly talk about some more things and then record a sketch. (PS – one of the just desserts includes poop!)
